Viilas Shanti is a beautiful ten room private facility with a lovely central courtyard, pool, yoga room and is located just steps away from the beach.
Puerto Morelos is a fun lively town with many great and inexpensive restaurants for the meals that aren't offered at Villas Shanti.

Vickie has been teaching yoga for over 45 years and is co-owner of the Yoga Center. Her special interest is restorative yoga, therapeutics, and meditation.
Michael has been teaching since 1992 and works in IT at L.L.Bean. Michael plays hockey twice a week to relieve stress from yoga.
