Viilas Shanti is a beautiful ten room private facility with a lovely central courtyard, pool, yoga room and is located just steps away from the beach.
Puerto Morelos is a fun lively town with many great and inexpensive restaurants for the meals that aren't offered at Villas Shanti.

Vickie has been teaching yoga for over 40 years and is co-owner of the Yoga Center. Her special interest is restorative yoga, therapeutics, and meditation.
Michael has been teaching since 1992 and is also an IT specialist for LLBean. Michael plays hockey twice a week to relieve stress from yoga,
