It’s hard to believe we’ve been in our new space just off Baxter Boulevard for more than two years.
It is quiet and spacious, with plenty of windows and light; an ideal environment for yoga.
After 30 years of teaching, we offer a diversity of classes and options.
We look forward to sharing our love of yoga and hope you will join us this session.

The Yoga Center offers yoga instruction based primarily on the Iyengar method.
This well-known technique is often recommended by doctors and physical therapists.
It is an effective tool in relieving back pain, neck or shoulder tension, and other physical problems.
Yoga can also utilize props to improve alignment and for restorative poses.
Our teachers have also had experience with other techniques including Astanga, Kripalu, and classical hatha.
Classes are taught in a supportive, caring environment creating a sacred space for personal growth.
The practice of yoga reduces stress, encourages a positive attitude, and nurtures the spirit.
